Here are some of the most frequently asked questions. However, if you still have any questions please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff or contact JPN Cleaning.

Are cleaning materials provided?
Cleaning materials are normally provided by JPN Cleaning for a nominal charge per visit.

When are the cleaning times and days?
Cleaning times and days are set as you are allocated a permanent time slot. In cases of cancellations please refer to our terms of work.

How many cleaners will attend?
We may send 2-3 cleaners; your allocated time will be divided among those who attend the clean.

Are all staff verified before they start work?
All staff are fully checked out, references requested, job history taken to file, and if necessary criminal record checked.

How do I pay?
Payment can be made on receipt of invoice which are sent monthly. You may leave a cheque the week after for the cleaners to collect or send to the office by post. We also accept bank transfers.

When are the cleaning hours?

  • Early Mornings 6:00am – 9:00am
  • Day Service 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Evening Cleaning 6:00pm – 11:00pm
  • Office hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm. If we are out of the office there is an answer machine.

If I have any complaints who do I speak to?
Any complaints should be made firstly to the members of staff who attend, then for persistent problems or service concerns to James Noddle (Director).

Do cleaners operate on a Bank Holiday?
Any customer who has a Monday or a Friday will be inconvenienced by a bank holiday, as we do not work on these days. We do however strive to arrange a clean that same week to ensure you do receive a service. Please request a clean if the scenario arises.

Do I need to sign an agreement?
You will be asked to sign our terms of work, as we are unable to commence without a signed contract.

Do I need to provide a key?
Cleaning teams will try their best to keep to time, although we do not guarantee times and so we do recommend a key is provided to minimise disruption to your routine.

How long is the travel and packing away time?
Within your time is a built in 10 minute packing away and travel time element, please allow us this time.

Which items will not be cleaned?

  • External Windows (unless booked)
  • Bed Changes
  • On-site Laundry
  • Ovens are done but only by arrangement
